Courses Purchased After March 15, 2025: For the online courses, you have up to 18 months to review the materials before selecting a Master Trainer. Once a Master Trainer has been selected, you will have six months of Master Trainer guidance and feedback. All together, this gives you 2 years to complete your course, but the vast majority of students finish in under four months (and some within a single month). We allow an excess of time to finish the course to allow for life events and minor illnesses. If you have an injury, illness or pregnancy that will keep you off the pole for more than three weeks, you may submit a doctor's note to "freeze" your course until you are able to resume your coursework.
Courses Purchased Prior to March 15, 2025: For the online courses, you have up to 12 months from the purchase date to complete your certification course, but the vast majority of students finish in under four months (and some within a single month). We allow an excess of time to finish the course to allow for life events and minor illnesses. If you have an injury, illness or pregnancy that will keep you off the pole for more than three weeks, you may submit a doctor's note to "freeze" your course until you are able to resume your coursework.
If you are injured during your course timeframe, you may submit a doctor's note to [email protected] to "freeze" your course until you are able to resume your coursework. Please do so as soon as you are injured, as retroactive "freezes" are not permitted. Master Trainers generally respond to submissions and assignments within one to two business days to either answer your questions, give you feedback or update you on their schedule if they are unable to assess your submission right away. If it has been more than two business days and you have not heard back from your master trainer, please email us at [email protected] with the name of your Master Trainer and the date/time of your last message to them or tag @Arloa Reston in your assignment submission. We will reach out to your trainer for a status check to make sure that they are okay and that they know they have a message waiting.

Unfortunately these days there are so many people on the internet that it can get overloaded in certain areas. If the internet in your area is out or bogged down, it may prevent the videos or other course materials from loading. If you have both a computer and a cell phone, you can try it on both. Otherwise, you will have to wait and try again once your internet service is back up to normal speeds.
Large files, including most videos can take a few minutes to upload. You can also upload your video to a file sharing service or cloud drive (such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive, GoogleDrive, etc.) and share the link to your video file in the chat box. Remember to allow viewing by the person with the link.
If using YouTube, set your video privacy to "unlisted"
If using Vimeo, set your privacy to "Hide from Vimeo" and "allow anyone with a link to access"
While we believe that all of our Master Trainers are fantastic, we also know that not all personalities blend well together. IF you purchased your course less than 30 days ago AND you have NOT submitted more than 2 assignments, we will provide you with ONE complimentary Master Trainer change. This change is final.
If you are more than 30 days into your course OR if you have submitted 3 or more assignments, unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a complimentary Master Trainer switch. However, you are welcome to do a paid switch at any time by clicking here.

As soon as you are ready to submit an assignment, you can submit it via the private channel set up between you and your Master Trainer in the PFA Community.
As long as you have not submitted any video assessments and you are still within your 12 month Chrome timeframe, you can pay the $100 price difference and switch to the Stainless package to receive online Master Trainer support. If you have already submitted a video OR if 12 months have passed since purchase, you will have to pay the additional fee to upgrade.

If you disagree with your Master Trainer's feedback and would like to appeal their decision, you can submit an Assessment Appeal Form which will be reviewed by at least two corporate staff members. Please note that there is a refundable $25 deposit to file this form. The deposit will be refunded in the event that corporate agrees with your appeal. The deposit will be forfeited if corporate agrees with the Master Trainer's assessment.
