1. Course Purchase & Payment Plans

By purchasing a certification course through the Pole Fitness Alliance, you agree to either:

• A single full payment at the time of purchase, or

• A three-payment plan, where your initial payment is followed by two automatic payments: The second payment is billed 30 days after the initial purchase

and the third payment is billed 60 days after the initial purchase

If you select the payment plan, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged on these dates unless your billing information is updated or the payment fails.

2. Certification Completion

Participants who choose the payment plan cannot complete their certification (including receiving final approval or official recognition) until all three payments have been successfully processed. Access to course materials remains available during the payment plan, but full certification will be withheld until payment is complete.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only within the first 3 days of purchase, provided that:

• No Master Trainer has been assigned

• No assignments have been submitted

Once a Master Trainer has been assigned and/or assignments have been turned in, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
[email protected] within the 3-day window.

4. Payment Failures

If your payment method fails, you will be notified and given 7 days to update your billing information. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your course access until payment is resolved. Repeated failure to complete payment may lead to cancellation of your enrollment without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Notice

All course content—including videos, manuals, graphics, and instructional methods—is the exclusive intellectual property of Pole Fitness Alliance, LLC. These materials are intended for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any portion of the course materials to create or market your own instructor certification program or training. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Course Updates & Modifications

PFA reserves the right to update or modify course content, pricing, or certification requirements at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued participation in the course indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Course Updates & Modifications

Enrollment in a certification course includes lifetime access to the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase. However, this access is subject to the following conditions:

• Lifetime access may be revoked if the course is removed from the market, migrated to a different platform, or significantly modified.

• In such cases, PFA will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students and provide access alternatives if available.
